Refund policy

At T-Mented, every item is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues — please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@tmented.com with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
